New Delhi, August 27, 2025
The much-awaited reality show Bigg Boss 19 kicked off on August 24 with grand celebrations and an impressive start. Right from the premiere episode, the show has managed to capture viewers’ attention. The first two episodes delivered a perfect mix of drama and entertainment, setting the tone for a much stronger and more engaging season compared to the previous one.
First-week shocker – Eight contestants in the danger zone
The season started with a twist when the secret room was revealed. Actress and peace activist Farhana Bhatt from Kashmir was moved out of the main house and placed in a separate secret room. On the second day, the nomination process added to the excitement as housemates voted eight contestants into the elimination zone.
The highest votes went to Neelam Giri, the popular Bhojpuri actress, and Tanya Mittal, a well-known spiritual influencer on social media. Following them, TV actor Gaurav Khanna, writer-filmmaker Zeeshan Qadri, and actor Abhishek Bajaj also found themselves in the danger zone. Beauty queen Nehal Chudasama, stand-up comedian Pranit More, and Polish actress Natalia Janoszek received moderate votes but still landed on the nomination list. All eight contestants will now face eviction risk during the first Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
