The India vs Pakistan match headlines the Asia Cup 2025, which is scheduled for September 14 in Dubai

The Asia Cup 2025, one of the most awaited tournaments in international cricket, has officially begun in the United Arab Emirates, bringing together eight of Asia’s strongest teams in a thrilling T20 format. Scheduled from September 9 to 28, the competition will be played across two world-class venues—Dubai International Cricket Stadium and Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Venues and Format

The competition includes 19 clashes overall, and it will wrap up with the final in Dubai. Abu Dhabi hosted the opening match of the tournament between Afghanistan and Hong Kong, and Dubai will host the marquee India–Pakistan match on September 14.

Teams are divided into two groups:

Group A: India, Pakistan, UAE, Oman

Group B: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Four, with the best two advancing to the final.

However, the real test will come on September 14, when India plays Pakistan in what should be one of the most awaited matches in this tournament.

The Grand Finale

The tournament concludes on September 28 at the Dubai International Stadium, promising a thrilling finish to one of cricket’s most followed events.
