A Delhi police homeguard was brutally killed by his neighbors using a sword following a dispute yesterday, according to the police.

The victim, Dharampal Kashyap, aged 50, was in the process of renovating his bathroom. The construction materials were placed outside his residence in Garkheda, Faridabad. His neighbor, Sunil, and Sunil’s son, Ajay, became enraged because the materials were obstructing the area near their own house.

Yesterday evening, Sunil approached Dharampal and requested that he clear the materials from the road. However, Dharampal refused to comply. This disagreement escalated into a physical confrontation, during which Sunil and Ajay retrieved a sword and used it to stab Dharampal in the chest.

Dharampal collapsed to the ground, and Sunil and Ajay fled from the scene. He was immediately taken to a hospital, where medical professionals pronounced him dead upon arrival. Authorities have reported that a legal case has been filed, and efforts are being made to locate and apprehend Sunil and Ajay, the father-son duo responsible for the attack.
