Actor Amitabh Bachchan paid his respects at the Ayodhya Ram temple for the second time on Saturday. The renowned actor posted a picture from his brief visit to the renowned temple. Taking to social media, he shared a moment of himself with folded hands in front of the iconic Ram Lalla idol situated in the grand sanctuary of the temple.
The picture of Bachchan garnered widespread attention on various social media platforms, with fans and devotees of Lord Ram rejoicing over his visit. Most comments on his special post from Ayodhya echoed ‘Jai Shri Ram.’ “T 4916 – जय श्री राम 🚩 आस्था ने फिर बुलाया, और खींचे चले गये हम (sic),” he wrote as the caption of his post on X (formerly Twitter). For his temple visit, Bachchan wore a white kurta-pyjama paired with a bright orange Bandhgala jacket and a printed silk pocket square.
Previously, Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan were among the few Bollywood celebrities who attended the grand Pran Pratishta ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya last month. Apart from them, celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth, Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, and Arun Govil were also seen making the sacred visit.
