Champai Soren was sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Jharkhand on Friday. The JMM legislative party leader took the oath after Governor C P Radhakrishnan nominated him for the position the day before. The swearing-in ceremony took place at approximately 12:20 pm in the Durbar Hall of the Raj Bhavan in Ranchi.
