ClubNPC (Network for People of Constructors) is excited to announce Vikas 2024 which will be held on September 20 and 21, 2024 in Delhi at PHDCC House. This 2-day event is an opportunity for leaders in India’s construction industry to collectively address how they can drive growth and establish construction professionals’ role in developing India’s future.
Vikas 2024 will serve as a platform for comprehensive discussions on the current state of the industry, emerging trends, and ClubNPC’s ambitious plans to extend its influence and impact nationwide. This signifies a pivotal moment in the Club’s ongoing commitment to developing collaboration, expanding the industry, and educating and informing construction professionals in being socially responsible.

Key Event Highlights
- Regional Expansion: As part of its growth strategy, ClubNPC will focus on establishing new regional clubs. Six chapter of the club will be launched in the NCR region (Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad), while additional chapters will be established in Tri-City (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula), Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. This expansion is expected to strengthen the network of professionals across these regions.
- Youth Engagement and CSR Initiatives: The future of the construction industry lies in the hands of the next generation. To encourage youth participation, ClubNPC will introduce a Youth Leadership Program aimed at empowering young professionals. Additionally, the club will formalize its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, with every club committing to meaningful community projects.
Focused Leadership and Networking
During the event, ClubNPC hosted strategic meetings with its Zonal Directors, Executives, Captains, and Active Members to align on the club’s objectives for the coming year. These discussions centered around regional growth, improving financial health, and solidifying the club’s leadership in the construction community.
A major component of Vikas 2024 was the launch of the New Member Orientation Program, which was introduced across all clubs. This program was designed to help new members understand the club’s vision and actively participate in its initiatives.
In anticipation of the event, a pre-event press conference was held on September 18, 2024, at ClubNPC’s Delhi headquarters. During this session, ClubNPC’s leadership provided a detailed briefing on the goals and expectations for Vikas 2024. The session covered the club’s plans for regional expansion, financial goals, and the promotion of industry-wide standards.
