The India Meteorological Department predicts that Delhi will likely get intermittent rains until August 5.

Delhi Education Minister Atishi has announced that all government and private schools in the national capital will be closed today due to significant rainfall.
The public was urged not to make needless travel arrangements by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), which noted that clouds were convergent on Delhi from all angles.
On Wednesday evening, heavy rainfall fell across Delhi and the neighboring National Capital Region (NCR), providing relief from the humid weather. Unfortunately, the heavy rain also caused considerable traffic gridlock around the city.
Waterlogging was recorded in various locations. Several airlines have issued alerts about flights being diverted or advised passengers to leave early and check the status of their travel.

According to the IMD, isolated showers are expected in Delhi until August 5.
IMD Forecasts Continued Rain in Delhi
More rain is anticipated in Delhi today, according to the meteorological service, a day after torrential storms swamped huge parts of the city, clogging crucial portions with never-ending traffic and leaving people trapped as roads resemble rivers.
The India Meteorological Department reports that between 8.30 and 7.15 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, the Salwan station in East Delhi’s Mayur Vihar area recorded 147.5 mm of rainfall.
The IMD reports that although the Najafgarh station recorded 113 mm of rainfall, the Lodhi Road, Delhi University, and Safdarjung observatories reported 104.5 mm, 107.5 mm, and 105.6 mm of rain, respectively.
