A female teacher in Delhi got hurt when she was thrown out of a rickshaw and pulled along the road by two men riding a motorcycle, as they attempted to steal her iPhone. This incident occurred on Friday, as reported by the police. The victim, Yovika Chaudhary, was heading home from school when two individuals on a motorcycle made an effort to grab her iPhone. During the struggle that ensued, Ms. Chaudhary, who works as a teacher at Gyan Bharti School in Saket, fell off the rickshaw and was subsequently dragged for a distance. The thieves managed to escape with her phone, leaving Ms. Chaudhary injured.
After the incident, Ms. Chaudhary was quickly taken to Max Saket Hospital, where she received treatment for a broken nose and other injuries. Currently, she is in the process of recovery at the hospital.
The snatchers have had a case filed against them at the Saket police station. The police are actively investigating the matter and working to identify the culprits.
