New Delhi : On Tuesday, a Delhi-Varanasi Indigo flight at Indira Gandhi International Airport received a bomb threat, leading officials to evacuate all passengers safely.
The threat was reported around 5:30 am as the flight was preparing for takeoff. The aircraft was moved to an isolated area, where security agencies conducted a thorough search.
Officials stated that the threat was discovered in a note found in the lavatory of the Indigo 6E2211 flight. The note, stating “bomb blast @ 30 minutes,” was found by the pilot, who then alerted the control room.
