Dr. K.A. Paul Files Petition in Andhra Pradesh High Court Demanding CBI Probe into Pastor Praveen Pagadala’s Mysterious Death

Renowned peace ambassador and humanitarian, Dr. K.A. Paul, appeared before the Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court today, raising serious concerns over the mysterious and tragic death of Pastor Praveen Pagadala. In a public interest litigation (PIL), Dr. Paul claimed that the incident was not an accident, but a well-orchestrated murder, pointing to significant lapses and irregularities in the ongoing investigation.

22 Key Points Submitted to Support Murder Theory

Dr. Paul presented 22 critical points to the court, outlining discrepancies in the investigation. He highlighted that the postmortem report has yet to be made public, there was an unexplained delay in filing the FIR, and the victim’s family and close associates have allegedly been threatened and intimidated. According to him, these factors point to a deliberate attempt to suppress the truth and violate the constitutional rights of the deceased and his family.

In response, the court has directed the state government, the Director General of Police (DGP), and other relevant parties to submit their responses.

Condemns Political Silence and Media Manipulation

Dr. Paul also criticized the silence of certain political and police officials and condemned the circulation of unauthorized videos before the conclusion of the investigation. He said such actions undermine the legal process, mislead the public, and compromise the integrity of the judicial system.

An Issue of International Concern

Returning from an international peace summit in Europe, Dr. Paul revealed that American senators, lawmakers, and members of the European Parliament have expressed concern over the case. He stated that the issue transcends national boundaries and highlights global anxieties regarding the safety and rights of religious minorities in India.

Calls for CBI Investigation and Accountability

Dr. Paul appealed to the court to hand over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and claimed he possesses forensic, photographic, and documentary evidence proving the incident was a murder.

“This is not just about one man’s death—it’s a battle for justice, truth, and the fundamental rights of every Indian citizen, especially those facing religious discrimination and violence,” he asserted.

He concluded by urging national leaders, civil society organizations, media, and international human rights groups to closely monitor the case and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice.
