Dr. K. A. Paul Shares Heartfelt Christmas Message: Rediscovering the True Meaning of the Season
Dr. K. A. Paul, the globally renowned evangelist, has shared a profound and timely Christmas message, urging people worldwide to reflect on the true spirit of the holiday. Speaking on the significance of Jesus Christ’s birth over 2,000 years ago, Dr. Paul emphasized God’s immense love for humanity, embodied in the gift of His only Son, sent to save the world from sin.
While noting that nearly one-third of the global population identifies as Christian or Catholic, Dr. Paul pointed out that the essence of being a Christian often gets overlooked. He explained that to be a Christian means to have Christ in one’s heart and live a life aligned with His teachings—thinking, forgiving, and serving as Jesus did. Dr. Paul expressed concern over the growing materialism associated with Christmas, where the holiday is celebrated with an overemphasis on gifts, new clothes, and feasting. He also drew attention to a sobering statistic: Christmas Day sees the highest number of deaths in the Western world, a reality that starkly contrasts the season’s message of life, hope, and joy.
In his address, Dr. Paul urged both Christians and non-Christians to embrace the true meaning of Christmas by recognizing Jesus Christ as the Savior. He encouraged everyone to believe in their hearts and confess with their mouths the Lordship of Jesus, echoing the promise of peace found in Christ’s words: “My peace I give to you.”
Dr. Paul also made a heartfelt appeal to global leaders to adopt Christ’s teachings to resolve international conflicts, including those in Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Iran, and Palestine. He passionately called for leaders to welcome the Prince of Peace into their hearts, emphasizing that this could save millions of innocent lives and foster global harmony.
As part of his Christmas message, Dr. Paul encouraged everyone to practice love, forgiveness, and reconciliation. He prayed that this season would inspire individuals to invite Christ into their hearts, experience His transformative peace, and extend His love to their neighbors.
