Explorica Youth Fest 2025: Guru Kashi University Partners with Heritage Community College for Landmark Collaboration

Guru Kashi University (GKU) is gearing up to host the highly anticipated Explorica Youth Fest 2025, a dynamic celebration of youth talent, cultural diversity, and academic excellence. Taking place from March 17 to March 19, 2025, this three-day event will bring together students from across India and international institutions to showcase their performing arts, music, and intellectual talents.

Hon’ble Speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly, S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan, will be attending as the Chief Guest on March 18, 2025. He will preside over the prize distribution ceremony, celebrating outstanding student performances in various competitions.

In a significant development, the event will also mark the formal academic collaboration between Guru Kashi University (GKU) and Heritage Community College, Canada. This partnership will offer GKU students the chance to enroll in Canadian diploma programs through distance learning, enabling them to earn both a GKU degree/diploma and a Canadian diploma. The collaboration is expected to enhance employment opportunities for students in both India and Canada.

Chancellor of Guru Kashi University, S. Gurlabh Singh Sidhu, expressed his excitement about the partnership, saying, “This collaboration with Heritage Community College is a significant milestone in providing our students with international exposure and career-boosting opportunities. By earning dual qualifications, they will be better prepared for the global job market.”

Explorica Youth Fest 2025 will feature an exciting lineup, including international and regional cultural performances, competitive events, and motivational speeches. Performances such as Yakshagana, Kathakali, Bharatanatyam, Gidha, and Bhangra will highlight the festival, along with a special performance by renowned Punjabi singer and actor Gurwinder Brar.

With thousands of students, faculty, and dignitaries expected to attend, Explorica Youth Fest 2025 is set to be an unforgettable celebration of talent, creativity, and international academic collaboration.
