Google Prepares to Launch Pixel 9 Series and Android 15 at August Event

In addition to the Pixel 9 announcement, Google is expected to announce Android 15.

New Delhi: 13 August 2024

During the “Made by Google” event in Mountain View, California, on August 13, Google will reveal its latest Pixel 9 series, featuring the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.It is anticipated that the Google Pixel Watch 3 and the Pixel Buds Pro 2 would be released at the same event.

The most recent iteration of Google’s mobile operating system, Android 15, is anticipated to be launched alongside the Pixel 9 series. As part of the update, Google may introduce a number of new AI-powered features along with improved security and privacy measures.

The event is scheduled to begin at 10:30 PM IST and will be broadcast live on the “Made By Google” YouTube channel of the firm. On August 14, Google will also hold another launch event when announcements about the Pixel 9 series particular to India will be made.
