Indira IVF has inaugurated a new fertility center in Phulwari Sharif, Patna, marking its 12th center in Bihar. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Bihar’s Health and Law Minister Mangal Pandey as the chief guest, with former minister Shyam Rajak as the special guest. Also present were Dr. Dayanidhi Kumar, Bihar Head and Patna Center Head of Indira IVF, and Dr. Puneet Hans, Head of Indira IVF Phulwari Sharif.

Health Minister Mangal Pandey emphasized the importance of accessible, high-quality, and affordable healthcare services in strengthening Bihar’s medical infrastructure. He noted that with the growing demand for fertility treatments, having specialized centers within the state would reduce the need for long-distance travel, leading to better health outcomes and a more robust healthcare system.
Former minister Shyam Rajak highlighted the social stigma and misinformation surrounding infertility, which often prevents people from seeking timely medical help. “Despite advancements in medical science, many still hesitate to discuss reproductive health openly. Creating an environment where individuals can explore treatment options without fear or hesitation is crucial,” he said. Rajak further stressed that fertility centers play a vital role in breaking these barriers and providing much-needed guidance and confidence to those in need.
