During the DC vs MI match, Karun Nair’s fearless batting against Jasprit Bumrah leads to a heated exchange

Things got heated not only on the field but also in the stands during Sunday’s match between Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
A video circulating on social media shows a man and woman involved in a physical altercation in the crowd, with bystanders stepping in to separate them. The reason behind the fight is unclear, but the situation was quickly controlled with the help of other spectators.
On the field, the game between the two teams was a closely contested one. Karun Nair, playing his first IPL match in years, made a strong impact with his batting. He took on Mumbai’s star bowler, Jasprit Bumrah, playing aggressive shots.
In one instance, while running between the wickets, Nair accidentally bumped into Bumrah, leading to a brief exchange of words between the two. However, despite Nair’s solid knock, Delhi Capitals couldn’t finish the chase, and Mumbai Indians secured the win.

After the match, Nair spoke about his approach to facing Bumrah, saying, “I was just in the flow, and I backed myself to pick the right balls and play my shots.”
