New Delhi : iPhone 16 series is anticipated to be officially announced in less than one month. Despite the upcoming launch still being weeks away, new leaks provide an early preview of the standard model. Recent hands-on images, reportedly of iPhone 16 dummy units obtained by a Reddit user, reveal the phone’s rear side, showcasing two color options and a redesigned rear camera unit.
Reddit user Kaxeno (u/kaxeno5) shared these alleged hands-on renders of the iPhone 16. The images indicate that the phone will be available in black and white. The rear view of the phone displays a vertically aligned dual camera setup.
The redesigned camera module resembles the pill-shaped design seen in the iPhone X, and it is expected to support spatial video recording. Unlike the current iPhone 15, which features a diagonal camera arrangement and spatial video recording exclusive to the Pro models, the iPhone 16’s flash appears to be repositioned. It is placed flush with the rear panel to the right of the camera module, aligning with earlier leaks.
Expected Specifications for iPhone 16
In addition to black and white options, iPhone 16 is anticipated to be available in blue, green, and pink variants, with Apple opting for more saturated hues this year. The phone is expected to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display and might include an Action button, currently exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are likely to be powered by the A18 Bionic chip, based on TSMC’s 3nm process, while the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are expected to utilize the A18 Pro chip.
