Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results: BJP Prepares for Celebratory ‘Political Event’ Amid Exit Poll Predictions

The Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results, India’s most significant democratic event, are awaited with much anticipation following the announcement of exit poll predictions. The elections, held in seven phases from April 19 to June 1, 2024, concluded with exit polls predicting a landslide victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), potentially achieving their goal of ‘ab ki baar, 400 paar’. While the official results are yet to be announced, the BJP has already started planning a major celebratory event coinciding with the official swearing-in ceremony.

BJP Celebration Plans

According to exit poll predictions, the BJP is set to emerge victorious in the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections. The party has begun preparations for a grand post-result celebration. As reported by The Indian Express, a significant ‘BJP political event’ is scheduled to be held on the day of the swearing-in ceremony at Kartavya Path or Bharat Mandapam. Themed around ‘India’s Cultural Heritage’, the event is expected to feature a light and sound show and be attended by 8,000-10,000 people, including foreign government representatives.

Tender for Indoor and Ornamental Plants

The Indian Express reports that the President’s Secretariat issued a tender on May 28 for the supply of decorative indoor and ornamental plants for the swearing-in ceremony of the Prime Minister and other ministers at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The tender, estimated at Rs 21.97 lakh, will be opened on June 3, and the contractor will have five days to complete the order.
