Mawra Hocane, popularly known for her portrayal in Aahista Aahista, as well as that movie by Bollywood, Sanam Teri Kasam, has now officially wedded with actor Ameer Gilani in a grand event in Lahore. The wedding saw many videos featuring Ameer and other celebrities dancing to Bollywood tracks being spread on social media, all for their fans’ happy moments.

One of the viral shots that have circulated on X (formally Twitter) shows Ameer dancing to Saajanji Ghar Aaye while in a kuch kuch hota hai mood-the original being notched by Salman Khan and Kajol. Ameer ungraciously demonstrates Salman’s hallmark step before guests oooh and aahh. It ends with Mawra pawing Ameer affectionately while flashing a smile.

Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed Groove to Bollywood Hits

These were followed with Urwa Hocane, Mawra’s sister, and her husband, singer Farhan Saeed, who joined the dancing party with this power move. She also shared a beautiful little video shot during her wedding and captioned it “Qubool Hai #MawraAmeerHoGayi.” Instead, Mawra draped a beautiful light blue lehenga made up of floral embroidery, while that of Ameer looked so classy in a dark green salwar kameez, combined with a waistcoat and shawl.

They first met in 2020 while working on the drama named Sabaat, where he developed a romantic relationship with Mawra, and later starred together in the drama of 2023 named Neem, which solidified their apparent off-screen and on-screen chemistry.
