Rajesh Khanna’s Granddaughter Naomika Saran Set for Bollywood Debut Opposite Agastya Nanda

The granddaughter of legendary Bollywood actors Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, Naomika Saran is reportedly set to make her long-awaited Bollywood debut in a romantic comedy with Agastya Nanda, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson.
New Pair Opposite in Rom-Com
The film is likely to be directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, greatly acclaimed in his directorial ventures. This would be Sidhu’s Hindi directorial debut after accomplishing hearty adventures in the Punjabi film industry, having directed a number of blockbusters, including Qismat, Qismat 2, Shadaa, and Jatt & Juliet 3. Being engaged as a dialogue writer in Bollywood with movies like Saand Ki Aankh and Srikanth, he has earned some credibility. Some seasoned had to showcase those things back into the contemporary romances setting.

The daughter of Rinke Khanna and follies of a businessman Sameer Saran, Naomika has been pursuing her acting ambitions for a long time. With this film, she steps officially into the shoes her grandfather Rajesh Khanna left behind, invincible even today.

This film is not only a major step in the career of these two debutants but also a sentimental and nostalgic tribute for filmmlovers. It brings together the next generation of two of Bollywood’s most eminent families: the Rajesh Khanna family and the Amitabh Bachchan family. Both these stars appeared together in landmark films like Anand (1971) and Namak Haraam (1973). This, therefore, comes up as one of the most awaited moments for cinema buffs.
