Nayab Singh Saini of the Bharatiya Janata Party is set to become the new Chief Minister of Haryana. This announcement comes shortly after the resignation of Manohar Lal Khattar from the position. Saini, who represents Kurukshetra in the Parliament and belongs to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) community, was appointed as the Haryana BJP state president in October of the previous year.
Saini’s association with the BJP dates back to 1996 when he began his journey within the party’s organizational structure in Haryana. He served alongside the state general secretary until 2000, gradually ascending through various positions. In 2002, he became the district general secretary of the BJP Youth Wing in Ambala, and later, in 2005, he was appointed as the district president in Ambala
