“Salaar: CeaseFire” has completed its seventh day at the Box Office, marking a significant milestone for Prabhas’ latest film. The movie has joined the Rs 300 crore club in India, becoming the seventh Indian film of 2023 to achieve this feat. Directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar is a violent film known for its intense drama and the larger-than-life presence of its cast. As it enters its second weekend, the film faces anticipation about its performance, especially during the New Year holiday weekend.
The total Box Office collection for “Salaar: CeaseFire” after seven days is approximately Rs 309 crore nett in India. Thursday’s collections were the lowest, ranging from Rs 13 to 15 crore nett. Industry analysts predict that the film is likely to conclude its lifetime run with around Rs 450 crore nett in India. While reaching the Rs 500 crore mark seems challenging, if accomplished, it would make “Salaar: CeaseFire” Prabhas’ second film to achieve this milestone, following “Baahubali 2.”
Here is the first-week Box Office breakup for “Salaar: CeaseFire” after seven days:
Friday: Rs 90.7 crore
Saturday: Rs 56.35 crore
Sunday: Rs 62.05 crore
Monday: Rs 46.3 crore
Tuesday: Rs 24.9 crore
Wednesday: Rs 15.1 crore
Thursday: Rs 13.50 crore (early estimates)

Additionally, “Salaar” has surpassed the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide, marking the third film for Prabhas to achieve this milestone globally. Previously, only the “Baahubali” series had accomplished this, with “Baahubali: The Beginning” collecting Rs 650 crore and “Baahubali: The Conclusion” earning a staggering Rs 1788.06 crore. While surpassing these numbers in the long run is challenging, 2023 has witnessed a significant leap in Indian cinema with consecutive blockbusters across various industries.
“Salaar: CeaseFire” will continue its theatrical run alongside Shah Rukh Khan’s “Dunki” until the release of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s “Fighter” on January 25, following Katrina Kaif-Vijay Setupathy’s “Merry Christmas,” scheduled for release on January 12.
