Two-Time Rajya Sabha MP Prabhat Jha Passes Away: CM Mohan Yadav Pays Tribute

Prabhat Jha, a former Rajya Sabha MP, passed away on Friday. In Bihar, his final rites will be carried out.

Prabhat Jha, a former Rajya Sabha MP and prominent BJP leader in Madhya Pradesh, died on Friday. He was sick for a long time. He was receiving treatment at Medanta Hospital. He was from Bihar. Prabhat Jha, a two-time Rajya Sabha MP and BJP leader, died at Medanta Hospital in Delhi. In the BJP, he occupied a number of important roles. He also led the party in Delhi, Punjab, and Chandigarh.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated in an X post that he learned the sad news of the death of the BJP’s former state president. “May Baba Mahakal provide the family peace and courage as they deal with their mourning. His significant contributions to Madhya Pradesh’s growth will continue to inspire us. His death is an irreparable loss to the political world. “Om Shanti,” Yadav said.

Prabhat Jha was a prosperous and highly educated politician. Prior to entering politics, Jha worked as a social worker and journalistAlong with being the BJP mouthpiece’s editor, “Kamal Sandesh,” From 2010 to 2012, he presided over the Madhya Pradesh BJP as its president. He was the Bharatiya Janata Party’s national vice-president in addition to this. Madhya Pradesh’s Prabhat Jha served as a Rajya Sabha member for two terms.

BJP Announces Final Rites for Prabhat Jha

A month ago, Prabhat Jha, who is 67 years old, was brought to Delhi for extensive medical treatment. On June 29, Prabhat Jha’s health deteriorated and he was taken to Delhi via air ambulance. Among the key politicians who met with him were Union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and MP CM Mohan Yadav.

The final ceremonies for Prabhat Jha will take place in his hometown of Bihar, according to the BJP. On Friday night, a private plane would take him to Sitamarhi in Bihar.
