One user advised ordering only from purely vegetarian restaurants, saying, “I understand that a vegetarian should order directly from a Pure Vegetarian restaurant only. What value addition are Zomato and Swiggy providing? Besides, people keep complaining about wrong orders and vegetarian orders being contaminated with non-vegetarian items.”
Another user suggested adding a ‘pure veg restaurant’ label in the app, tagging Zomato and expressing surprise: “Really surprised! Ordered paneer biryani but found chicken instead. Very disappointed.”
