New Delhi : Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha returned from the United Kingdom on Saturday and promptly visited Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. This meeting took place amidst the ongoing political and legal turmoil surrounding the Swati Maliwal case.
Raghav Chadha, the youngest Rajya Sabha member from Punjab, had been in the UK for an extended period due to eye surgery. His absence during the critical Lok Sabha elections had raised concerns, although the AAP assured that he would return once he had fully recovered.
Previously, a Delhi Minister mentioned that Chadha had developed a serious eye condition that could have led to blindness.
Chadha has also served as the Vice Chairman of the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) and was an MLA from the Rajendra Nagar assembly constituency in Delhi.
