Over 30 Lakh Business at Rajasthan Pavilion

The 14-day-long 43rd India International Trade Fair concluded at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi on Wednesday, with the Rajasthan Pavilion emerging as one of the major attractions. Thousands of visitors from across the country and abroad visited the pavilion, which showcased the rich cultural heritage and diverse offerings of Rajasthan.
Mr. Dinesh Shethi, Director of the Rajasthan Pavilion, shared that the pavilion experienced business worth over ₹30 Lakj, primarily driven by the sale of Jaipur quilts, Rajasthani handicrafts, traditional apparel, and Rajasthani cuisine. The pavilion’s offerings were well-received by visitors, reflecting a strong demand for Rajasthani art and products.
In addition to the trade and cultural displays, the Rajasthan Pavilion also featured the “Rising Rajasthan Summit 2024,” a dedicated center for business and tourism information. Delegates from India and abroad interacted about various developmental and tourism projects in Rajasthan.
Throughout the 14 days of the fair, dignitaries from various countries visited the Rajasthan Pavilion, praising its artistic displays and the craftsmanship of Rajasthani artisans. Visitors shared positive feedback, appreciating the unique cultural experiences offered at the pavilion and learning more about Rajasthan’s vibrant traditions.
The success of the Rajasthan Pavilion at this year’s trade fair further strengthened its position as a leading promoter of the state’s art, culture, and business potential.
