The highly anticipated return of Tara Singh and Sakina’s iconic love story in Gadar 2 has been a major topic of discussion since the movie’s inception. The first film had a significant impact, and there is immense excitement surrounding Gadar 2. The creators have ensured that the audience is reminded of its iconic songs, such as ‘Ghar Aaja Pardesi Ke Teri Meri Ek Jindri’ and ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke,’ which have been given new melodies to evoke nostalgia. In addition, new songs further the story as Tara embarks on a journey to find his son, Jeetey, in Pakistan.
Beyond the intense action sequences and heartwarming father-son relationship, the entire soundtrack of Gadar 2 has been achieving remarkable milestones since its release, adding to the growing anticipation for the movie. To celebrate the film and its hit songs, the creators organized a special event for fans in Delhi on Sunday, August 6th. The event was filled with glamour, as the entire cast of the film – Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, Gaurav Chopra, Simrat Kaur, and director Anil Sharma – gathered to interact with fans. Renowned singer Udit Narayan and music director-singer Mithoon performed the melodious songs of Gadar 2 at the event.
More than 10,000 fans attended this unique musical night, enjoying some of the best performances to commemorate 20 years of Gadar and discuss the highly anticipated Gadar 2. The crowd cheered, shouted, and reveled in the enchanting evening, celebrating the iconic music from Gadar: Ek Prem Katha and Gadar 2.
This movie is directed and produced by Anil Sharma, and produced by Zee Studios, Gadar 2 stars the superstar Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in the lead roles and set to release in theaters on August 11, 2023.
