New Delhi: The buzz around Akshay Kumar’s latest venture, “Sarfira,” reached fever pitch with the release of its trailer, which has set social media ablaze. A remake of the Tamil hit “Soorarai Pottru,” the Hindi adaptation features a fleeting yet impactful cameo by none other than Suriya himself.
Sharing the trailer on Instagram, Suriya paid homage to Captain GR Gopinath, the inspiration behind the film, stating, “This is our tribute to Captain GR Gopinath Sir, whose story resonates deeply with millions.” He also extended gratitude to Akshay Kumar for spreading Sudha Kongara’s narrative far and wide, proclaiming, “Proudly presenting the ‘Sarfira’ trailer.”
