RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav and the eldest son of Lalu Prasad Yadav, was observed embracing a Shivling during a religious ritual.
Mr. Yadav shared a video on social media, depicting himself in a moment of reverence, embracing the Shivling. He accompanied the video with a message: “Mahadev represents the ultimate truth. Embracing Mahadev signifies connecting with the deepest and most profound aspects of our being. Achieving peace amid chaos is synonymous with finding Mahadev.”
In his post, he tagged his brother Tejashwi Yadav, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav.

This instance is not unprecedented for Mr. Yadav, who has previously been seen adopting religious personas. Notably, during Holi last year, he appeared dressed as Lord Krishna.
