Industry Leaders Advocate for Research Aligned with India’s Needs and Establishment of a Dynamic Standards Community

Aiming for 10% of Global 6G Patents and 1/6th of Contributions to Global Standards within the Next Three Years

Union Minister for Communications and Development of the North Eastern Region, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, along with Minister of State for Communications, Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, chaired the second meeting of the recently established Stakeholders Advisory Committee (SAC) on Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) on Friday.

This initiative by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is designed to engage all stakeholders in the expansion and development of India’s telecommunications ecosystem, promoting inclusive and collaborative policy-making.
