Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT, finds himself embroiled in legal issues. The social media influencer has been implicated in the distribution and consumption of snake venom at a rave party in Noida. Recent developments in the case reveal that samples handed over to the Jaipur Forensic Science Laboratory by the Noida police have tested positive for venom from Cobra and Krait snakes.
The YouTuber gained notoriety when reports surfaced of snake venom being discovered at a rave party. Additionally, the five individuals arrested by the police asserted that these parties were held in various locations across Delhi. They disclosed the involvement of Cobra and Krait species in the events. Subsequently, Elvish Yadav’s name emerged during the investigation, leading to the filing of a case against him at Sector 49 police station. Notably, Elvish Yadav frequently featured different snakes in his videos for social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
The ongoing probe into the snake smuggling and rave party affair in Noida includes interrogations of the suspects. Last November, they underwent extensive questioning by the Noida Police during their remand. It’s reported that the suspects provided detailed information during these sessions.
Authorities questioned Elvish regarding all the recordings and images discovered thus far in the investigation. However, the YouTuber denies the allegations leveled against him.
