Noida Police has issued a summons to Elvish Yadav regarding the ongoing investigation into a rave party case involving the illegal supply and consumption of snake venom. The popular YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 has been asked to appear for questioning after one of the accused individuals in the case implicated him and discussed his alleged involvement.
It is believed that the police want to interview him to validate the claims made by one of the accused, Rahul. The authorities are also looking into the possible connection between Elvish and the accused.
Previously, Elvish denied all allegations and released a video on his official Instagram account. He expressed his willingness to cooperate with the authorities and offered to surrender if found guilty of any involvement. In the video, Elivsh Yadav stated that “I want to clear that the rumors of my involvement in this drug case are completely false. All these claims are baseless and there is lack any truth. I am fully prepared to cooperate with the UP Police and, if necessary, I will take full responsibility for the matter. I also urge the media not to tarnish my reputation unless there is concrete evidence of my involvement in the case. I have no connection to these allegations and rumors (sic).”

He also addressed a viral video in which he was seen handling a snake. Elvish Yadav explained that theviral video and photos were taken during one of his shooting of a music video six months ago and posted on X (formerly Twitter) with the message, “This scene is from a music video that is six months old. Don’t believe everything (sic).”
Elvish’s name became associated with the case when Noida Police conducted a raid at a party in Sector 49, rescuing nine snakes, including five cobras.
