Yet another incident of a heated argument has emerged on the Delhi Metro, despite our hopes that the days of brawls, fights, and disturbing videos were behind us. A video depicting a verbal altercation between a man and a woman passenger has gone viral on the internet. In the video, both passengers can be seen engaged in a heated exchange of words within a Delhi Metro carriage, exchanging insults over a seat. After a few minutes, another woman steps in and joins the argument, taking the woman’s side. The man suggests that the woman should move to the women’s special coach, which is empty, but she continues to argue with him. Despite the efforts of other passengers to intervene and defuse the situation, both individuals persist in their argument. The incident created tension inside the metro carriage and inconvenienced other commuters.
The video was shared on social media, specifically on X (formerly Twitter), by a user with the handle @gharkekalesh. The caption read, “Conflict between a man and a woman inside the Delhi metro over seating.”
Since it was shared, the video has garnered over 100,000 views and continues to attract attention. It has also prompted Twitter users to share their thoughts in the comments section. Many users expressed their frustration, stating that such incidents disrupt the travel experience for other passengers and should be avoided, while others resorted to making jokes about the situation
