The inaugural session of the 18th Lok Sabha is set to unfold on June 24, marking the commencement of parliamentary duties for newly elected representatives. Under the watchful eye of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju, the Lower House will witness the swearing-in of its members and the crucial election of the Speaker. Anticipation mounts as President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to address a joint gathering of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on June 27, outlining the government’s ambitious roadmap for the upcoming five years.

Amidst spirited debates and strategic maneuvering, the session will draw to a close on July 3, laying the foundation for legislative endeavors and policy shaping under the auspices of the 18th Lok Sabha.
