The Gyanvapi Mosque Survey Case took a significant turn as the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) submitted its sealed scientific survey report to the Varanasi District Court on Monday. It is noteworthy that the Varanasi District Court had granted a one-week extension to the ASI last week for the submission of the scientific survey report related to the Gyanvapi Mosque complex in Varanasi.
Madan Mohan Yadav, the counsel representing the Hindu side, commented on the report submission, stating, “The ASI today submitted its scientific survey report before the Varanasi District Court.”
Amit Srivastava, the standing counsel for the Archaeological Survey, placed the sealed report of the scientific survey on the judge’s table. The next hearing on the matter is scheduled for December 21.
