Delhi Weather Update: National Capital Experiences Sudden Weather Shift

New Delhi: The residents of the national capital were greeted with relief from the heat as the city encountered gusty winds and tranquil weather following several days of scorching temperatures. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted weather conditions for Delhi NCR, indicating, “Expect light to moderate rainfall, with heavy downpours in isolated areas, accompanied by gusty winds blowing at speeds of 30–50 kilometers per hour across Delhi NCR and certain adjoining regions in Haryana and Rajasthan.”

“Thunderstorms with light to moderate rainfall, including heavy downpours in isolated spots, accompanied by gusty winds at speeds of 30-50 Km/h are expected in and around numerous areas of Delhi, NCR (Bahadurgarh, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Manesar)… Sonipat, Rohtak, Kharkhoda, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mattanhail Jhajjar, Farukhanagar, Kosali, Mahendargarh, Rewari (Haryana), Bhiwari (Rajasthan)” within the next two hours,” stated the IMD via a microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) regarding the Delhi weather forecast.
