“Haryana on High Alert: Death Toll Rises to 5 in Violent Clashes, Curfew in Nuh, Section 144 in Gurugram”.

Haryana is on high alert after violent clashes that resulted in five deaths, with the situation remaining tense in Nuh and Gurugram. The clashes were sparked when an attempt to stop a Vishva Hindu Parishad procession led to violence, resulting in the deaths of two home guards and three others, and leaving several injured, including policemen.

As a precautionary measure, a curfew has been imposed in Nuh district, and section 144 has been enforced in Gurugram, Faridabad, and Palwal to prevent any further untoward incidents. Security has been increased in Nuh and surrounding areas, and mobile internet services have been temporarily suspended in Nuh district until August 2 to prevent the spread of misinformation and rumors on social media.

All educational institutions in Gurugram have been closed, and additional paramilitary forces have been deployed to maintain peace. Haryana CM, Manohar Lal Khattar, has promised to take strict action against those responsible for the violence. Peace committee meetings are scheduled to take place in Sohna to address the situation.

The state authorities are working to restore calm and prevent any further escalation of violence in the affected regions.
