New Delhi: Whenever we seek fitness inspiration, Karishma Tanna’s social media is our go-to. The actress is devoted to yoga, evident from her Instagram feed. Regardless of her schedule, Karishma always makes time for a productive fitness routine, and Thursday was no exception. Her recent yoga session focused on flexibility, as seen in the pictures she shared. Karishma flawlessly performed the Hanumanasana (monkey pose) in a challenging slanted position. With one leg on a leg press machine and the other on the floor, she executed a 180-degree stretch, showcasing her dedication. Besides enhancing muscle strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance, this pose can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of hip and leg injuries. Karishma captioned her post with “Stretch stretch baby.”

Previously, Karishma Tanna showcased her skills in aerial yoga. She shared a picture and clip demonstrating various asanas. In one image, she excelled in the inverted butterfly pose, hanging upside down from a hammock wrapped around her legs. This pose enhances concentration, attention span, and stretches various parts of the lower body. The accompanying clip featured Karishma performing the swan pose, building arm and core strength while stretching the abdomen and arching the spine.

In another video, Karishma nailed a handstand with a twist—performing it on dumbbells to enhance upper body strength and balance, while also improving flexibility and reducing stress. Her caption reflected her dedication: “Hard work pays off.”
