US President Joe Biden commented on Hamas’ demands, deeming them excessive but indicating a commitment to ongoing negotiations. The conflict escalated with Hamas militants infiltrating Israel, resulting in casualties and abductions, with hostages being a key issue amid ongoing military actions.
