Salman Khan Firing: Mumbai Crime Branch Takes Over; Shooter from Gurugram Identified

#Salman Khan Firing Incident: One Shooter Identified from Gurugram as Wanted Criminal; Mumbai Crime Branch Takes Control

The investigation into the shooting outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra has seen a significant development with the Mumbai Crime Branch assuming responsibility for the case. Following the attack involving two unidentified motorcyclists, over 10 teams from the Crime Branch have been deployed to thoroughly investigate the matter. Initial findings suggest that the attackers executed a well-planned assault, firing a total of four rounds outside Galaxy Apartment, Salman Khan’s residence. Thankfully, there were no injuries reported, but a live cartridge was recovered from the scene, underscoring the seriousness of the incident.

Authorities are leaving no stone unturned, exploring all possible angles to determine the motive behind the attack. One of the suspects identified from CCTV footage is believed to be from Gurugram, according to preliminary information from Delhi Police. This individual is associated with multiple criminal activities, including murders and robberies, and is wanted in connection with the killing of Gurugram-based businessman Sachin Munjal.

The ongoing investigation also indicates potential ties to infamous gangsters, including Rohit Godara, who allegedly admitted to orchestrating Sachin Munjal’s murder. Godara, along with associates Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol, and Goldy Brar, is being scrutinized for potential involvement in the shooting incident.

Furthermore, authorities are working diligently to identify all suspects involved and trace their backgrounds. Among the accused, Vishal, already implicated in several cases of murder and robbery, has emerged as a key figure in the probe.

Lawrence Bishnoi, presently incarcerated, has a history of issuing multiple death threats against Salman Khan. He openly expressed his intentions to harm the actor during a statement to the NIA in 2022, confirming his desire to kill Salman Khan.
