The momentum continued to build with Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation in 2015, raking in Rs 54 crore during its lifetime run, commencing with an opening of Rs 6.30 crore.
In 2018, Mission Impossible: Fallout soared to become the crowning jewel of the action franchise, amassing a colossal Rs 80 crore in its lifetime run after debuting with an impressive Rs 9.25 crore. Now, MI 7 has stepped up its game, surpassing MI 6’s record even without the advantage of a holiday release. With its non-holiday, weekday premiere, MI 7 is poised to claim the throne as the highest-grossing film in the Mission Impossible series, as well as Tom Cruise’s most successful venture in India.
