Rituraj Singh, well-known for his roles in television shows such as “Anupamaa” and “Yeh Rishta”, has passed away at the age of 59 due to a cardiac arrest. His close friend, actor Amit Behl, confirmed his death. Singh had been recently hospitalized after suffering a heart attack, and reports suggest he was also dealing with pancreatic illness. However, he succumbed to his condition on Tuesday.
Singh was recognized for his performances in various shows including “Abhay 3”, “Kutumb”, “Never Kiss Your Best Friend”, and “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai”. He notably appeared in “Anupamaa”, a popular TV series starring Rupali Ganguly. Additionally, Singh had roles in films such as “Satyamev Jayate 2” and “Badrinath Ki Dulhania”, where he portrayed Varun Dhawan’s father, opposite Alia Bhatt’s character, Vaidehi Trivedi.
