New Delhi: Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, father of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. The 90-year-old writer is currently receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), according to reports.

Salim Khan, who celebrated his 90th birthday on November 24, 2025, was taken to the hospital after his health suddenly worsened. Doctors admitted him to the ICU so they could closely monitor his condition. However, neither the hospital nor the Khan family has shared an official medical update about his exact health issue.
