Jolly LLB 3’s Public’s Verdict: Two Cities, Two Jollys, and One Big Launch

New Delhi, September 6, 2025

The trailer of Bollywood’s much-talked-about courtroom drama franchise Jolly LLB 3 has finally been announced with its release date and venue. Starring Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar, the trailer will be unveiled on September 10, 2025, and the special twist is that it will be launched in both Meerut and Kanpur.

Fans’ Vote Decided the Venue

For the past few days, the makers of the film had sparked an interesting debate—should the trailer of Jolly LLB 3 be launched in Meerut or Kanpur? To settle the matter, they invited fans to vote on social media. Now the results are in, and the makers have officially confirmed the unique double launch.

A Fun Twist in the Promo Video

In a newly released promotional video, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi are seen standing before Judge Sunder Lal Tripathi, each demanding that the trailer be released in their respective city (Kanpur for Akshay’s Jolly, and Meerut for Arshad’s). To this, the judge declares, “The public has given its verdict.”
He then announces that the trailer will first be launched in Meerut, which leaves Arshad Warsi dancing with joy. Moments later, he adds that the trailer will also be released in Kanpur, prompting Akshay Kumar to celebrate as well. However, when the judge insists that both Jollys must walk hand-in-hand with a smile, neither agrees—adding a comic flavor to the whole moment.

Trailer on September 10, Film on September 19

The trailer of Jolly LLB 3 will hit screens on September 10, while the film itself is set to release in cinemas on September 19, 2025.

Both Jollys Come Together for the First Time

The highlight of this installment is that, for the first time, both Jollys will share the screen together. In the first film (Jolly LLB, 2013), Arshad Warsi played the role of a small-town lawyer from Meerut. In the second installment (Jolly LLB 2, 2017), Akshay Kumar stepped into the shoes of a lawyer from Kanpur. Now, in the third film, both will be seen together, making it one of the most anticipated courtroom comedy-dramas of the year.

Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the film promises a perfect mix of courtroom drama, comedy, and powerful dialogues.
