Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Battle of Galwan. Recently, the actor shared a picture from the film’s set on Instagram, which has set social media abuzz.

Blood on the Forehead, Uniform on the Body

In the shared picture, Salman Khan can be seen donning an army uniform. Blood is seen trickling down his forehead, while a clapperboard for an action sequence is also visible in front of him. This intense look has sent fans into a frenzy.

As soon as the photo surfaced, the comment section was flooded with praise for the superstar. One fan wrote, “Bhai is back in full form.” Another commented, “This time, it’s going to be a storm in theatres.” Many even called it a history-making role and lauded his powerful new avatar.

The Story of the Film

Battle of Galwan is based on the military clash that took place on June 15, 2020, between India and China in the Galwan Valley. The film is being made as a tribute to the Indian soldiers who displayed unparalleled courage and valor during the conflict.

In the film, Salman Khan will be seen portraying Colonel B. Santosh Babu. The movie is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia, known for films like Shootout at Lokhandwala. Along with Salman, the cast also includes Chitrangada Singh, Zhen Shaw, Ankur Bhatia, Harshil Shah, Heera Sohal, Abhilash Chaudhary, and Vipin Bhardwaj in significant roles.
