Six Months, New Wellness Focus

Kaayu Rituals used its six-month milestone to announce the next stage of its wellness portfolio. The company plans to enter categories including sexual health, fertility, vitality and lung health.

The brand said it wants to encourage people to consider preventive wellness as part of their regular lifestyle instead of approaching health only after a concern develops.

Preeti Choudhary, Founder and CEO, Kaayu Rituals, said the brand began with the idea of making wellness part of everyday life.

“Six months ago, Kaayu Rituals was an idea; today, it is a growing community built around a simple belief that wellness should begin before we become unwell,” she said.

Choudhary said the brand’s expansion into sexual health and lung health would help it address areas that often receive limited everyday attention.

She added that Kaayu Rituals wants to combine Ayurveda, modern medicine and traditional knowledge while keeping quality, safety, transparency and scientific integrity at the centre of its approach.

Inside the Kaayu Rituals Brand

The event featured “Kaayu Rituals: Behind the Brand”, a session that brought Preeti Choudhary together with Puneet Mittal, Chief Sales Officer, and Umesh Arora, Head of R&D, COSMOS.

The speakers discussed formulation, research and development, manufacturing, quality standards and the processes behind the brand’s wellness portfolio.

Kaayu Rituals currently presents products across inner wellness, hair care, skincare and herbal tea categories.

Experts Discuss Sexual Health in India

The event also featured a dedicated session on “Sexual Health in India”. Dr. Jagriti and Dr. Abishes Saha discussed sexual health, fertility, vitality and preventive care.

The speakers stressed the importance of creating informed and open conversations around sexual health. They also highlighted the role of awareness and prevention in promoting broader wellbeing.

The discussion positioned sexual health as one part of an individual’s overall health rather than an isolated topic.

Ayurveda and Modern Medicine

Dr. Tanu and Dr. Akshara Arora participated in the session “Ayurveda, Modern Medicine & Today’s Lifestyle”.

The panel examined the relevance of Ayurvedic principles such as balance, routine and prevention in modern lifestyles. It also discussed how modern medicine and evidence-based healthcare address contemporary health needs.

New Categories for Kaayu Rituals

Kaayu Rituals plans to expand into sexual health, fertility, vitality and lung health as it develops its next phase of growth.

The company also intends to explore women’s wellness and mental health. It said responsible product development, research, quality and awareness will guide its expansion.

Preventive Wellness as a Daily Practice

Kaayu Rituals said it wants to move the wellness conversation beyond reactive healthcare.
