Tirupati to Kashi: 25 Young Riders Complete 2,000-Km Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra

Twenty-five young riders complete a nearly 2,000-km Tirupati to Kashi journey, carrying sacred Krishna and Godavari waters across five states

Varanasi:  A seven-day journey connecting Tirupati and Kashi has brought 25 young riders together around a message of spirituality, service and cultural unity. The Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra reached Varanasi on October 7 after covering nearly 2,000 kilometres across five states.

The journey started from Tirupati on September 30 under the guidance of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh. TNSF and Telugu Yuvata organised the yatra as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.

From Tirupati to Varanasi Across Five States

The riders began from the foothills of Tirumala after offering prayers to Bhagwan Venkateswara. Their route passed through Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

The journey included stops at several prominent religious locations, including Srikalahasti Temple, Kanaka Durga Temple in Vijayawada, Sri Rama Temple in Bhadrachalam and Champa Ashram Shanti Dham Temple in Maharashtra.

Krishna and Godavari Waters Reach Kashi

The yatra carried a Jal Kalash containing sacred water collected during the journey.

The participants collected water from the Krishna River at Vijayawada and the Godavari River at Bhadrachalam. They carried the water to Kashi, where it was offered as part of the concluding religious rituals.

The organisers presented the movement of water from southern rivers to the Ganga as a symbol of India’s shared cultural and spiritual traditions.

25 Riders Carry Message of Seva and National Unity

The yatra focused on youth participation and public service. The 25 riders carried the message of seva, sankalp, spirituality, development and national integration as they travelled through different states.

The journey also received welcomes from TDP, BJP, JSP and local cadres at various points along the route.

Meeting With Maharashtra CM in Nagpur

Nagpur became another key stop during the journey. Participants Animini Ravi Naidu and M. V. Pranav Gopal met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and presented him with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams prasadam.

After reaching Varanasi, Rajya Sabha MPs Vijay Chintakayala and Sana Satish Babu welcomed the riders. Uttar Pradesh Minister Ravindra Jaiswal also attended the reception.

Journey Ends With Ganga Aarti in Varanasi

The riders concluded their journey by participating in the Ganga Aarti and prayers at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Jalabhishek was also performed using the sacred waters carried from the Krishna and Godavari rivers.

From Tirupati to Kashi, the journey brought together five states, nearly 2,000 kilometres, 25 young riders and sacred waters from two major southern rivers in a programme centred on spirituality, service and national integration.
