MSME Insights founder Mukesh Pandey announced a 3,500-copy awareness campaign covering India’s FTAs and Haryana’s export promotion policy
Gurugram: MSME Insights Magazine has announced a plan to distribute 3,500 copies to entrepreneurs, exporters and industry associations across Haryana. The initiative will focus on educating businesses about India’s Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), international export opportunities and government support programmes.
Mukesh Pandey, Founder of MSME Insights Magazine, announced the campaign during a state-level workshop on leveraging FTAs at Grand Hyatt, Gurugram, on November 3, 2026.
The Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, organised the workshop in collaboration with the Haryana government.
Special Edition to Explain Export Opportunities
The upcoming edition of MSME Insights will cover India’s FTAs, participating countries and the opportunities these agreements may create for Indian exporters.
It will also explain Haryana’s Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy, 2026, along with relevant government schemes and export-related information.
Pandey presented copies of the magazine to Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh and senior government officials during the event.
The planned distribution of 3,500 copies aims to take policy information directly to entrepreneurs and smaller businesses that may need guidance on entering international markets.
Government Officials Welcome Awareness Initiative
Senior officials welcomed the publication’s initiative and encouraged Pandey to coordinate with their departments to obtain authentic information about government policies and export promotion programmes.
The workshop included participation from Nitin Kumar Yadav, Additional Secretary in the Department of Commerce; Dr. Amit K. Agrawal, Commissioner and Secretary of Haryana’s Industries and Commerce Department; and Dr. Yash Garg, Director General of Industries and Commerce, Haryana.
Representatives from ITPO and DGFT also attended the programme.
NTIC Highlights Need for Practical Guidance
Gunjan Mehta, President of the National Trade & Industry Council (NTIC), supported the awareness drive. He said businesses need clear information about the practical benefits of FTAs, export procedures, international markets and government incentives.
Mehta also said NTIC would continue to organise awareness programmes and interactive sessions with government departments and industry associations.
Workshop Covers Multiple Export Sectors
The workshop discussed FTA-linked export opportunities, non-tariff measures, export procedures and the Trade Connect e-Platform. Participants also examined Haryana’s MSME and Export Promotion Policy.
Discussions covered textiles and apparel, agriculture and food processing, engineering goods and automobile components.
Through the awareness campaign, MSME Insights aims to help businesses understand export-related policies and identify opportunities in international markets.
