New Delhi : Introduced alongside the flagship OnePlus 12 in January, the OnePlus 12R has now unveiled a fresh storage option in India. The smartphone initially debuted with two variations in RAM and storage. Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting SuperVOOC charging, the OnePlus 12R features a triple rear camera setup and runs on an Android 14-based user interface. Additionally, in February, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition in the country.

Price and Availability of OnePlus 12R in India

The OnePlus 12R is now accessible in India with a new 8GB + 256GB variant priced at Rs. 42,999, set for sale from March 21 at 12 pm IST. Alongside the purchase of this variant, select customers stand a chance to win OnePlus Buds Z2 earphones. ICICI Bank and OneCard credit cardholders can also benefit from an instant discount of Rs. 1,000. Furthermore, customers can explore no-cost EMI options and conditional offers from the Red Cable Club as part of the launch package. The 8GB + 128GB and 16GB + 256GB configurations of the OnePlus 12R are priced at Rs. 39,999 and Rs. 45,999, respectively. Meanwhile, the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition, exclusively offered in Electro Violet and 16GB + 256GB, comes at a price of Rs. 49,999.

The OnePlus 12R boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,264 x 2,780 pixels) LTPO 4.0 AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage. The phone comes pre-installed with OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14.

In terms of optics, the triple rear camera setup of the OnePlus 12R comprises a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel sensor for ultra-wide-angle shots, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
