OPPO Find X10 Pro Max: Nearly Flawless Cameras and a Massive Battery, but the Price Hurts Its Appeal

OPPO Find X10 Pro Max packs triple 200MP cameras, a 144Hz display, a powerful processor, and a massive battery. Discover its features, price in India, and biggest drawback

NEW DELHI: OPPO has strengthened its position in the premium smartphone market with the Find X10 Pro Max. The company has equipped this flagship smartphone with powerful camera hardware, a high-refresh-rate display, a fast processor, and a large battery. However, its premium price could disappoint potential buyers. According to PhoneArena’s review, the phone delivers an impressive experience across almost every major category, but its high price prevents it from becoming an attractive choice for everyone.

Triple 200MP Cameras Promise Excellent Photography

The biggest highlight of the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max is its triple 200MP rear camera setup. OPPO has equipped all three rear cameras with 200-megapixel sensors to push mobile photography to the next level. Hasselblad’s color tuning helps the cameras produce natural-looking images with improved color reproduction.

According to PhoneArena’s assessment, the phone captures detailed photographs with balanced colors and a strong dynamic range across its three cameras. The device can also record 4K videos at up to 120fps and 8K videos at 30fps. OPPO has included O-Log2 and LUT support in the Pro Video mode, giving content creators greater control over their video editing workflows.

A 144Hz Display and a Powerful Processor

The phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that supports refresh rates of up to 144Hz in select games. Its peak brightness exceeds 3,400 nits, making the screen easier to read under bright sunlight.

OPPO has powered the device with the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset, built on a 2nm process. The processor delivers fast performance for everyday tasks, multitasking, and gaming. Buyers can choose between 12GB and 16GB of RAM, while storage options range from 256GB to 1TB.

An 8,000mAh Battery Adds More Value

The global import model packs an 8,000mAh battery and supports 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. However, OPPO offers a smaller 7,150mAh battery in the European variant. Buyers should check the battery capacity of their specific model before purchasing the device.

Price Remains the Biggest Drawback

The phone’s biggest weakness is its premium price. In Europe, it starts at €1,799, which translates to approximately ₹1.91 lakh. In some markets, its price starts at around $1,600, or approximately ₹1.51 lakh. These figures represent estimated conversions into Indian rupees, not official Indian prices. Import duties, shipping charges, and other fees could increase the final cost.

The phone also has a few drawbacks beyond its price. ColorOS 17 features an interface that looks similar to iOS, while OPPO has removed the dedicated camera button found on the previous model.

The OPPO Find X10 Pro Max delivers a compelling flagship experience with its cameras, display, battery, and performance. However, its high price makes it difficult to recommend to every buyer. Customers who prioritize premium hardware may appreciate its capabilities, but budget-conscious buyers may find better value in more affordable alternatives.
