In their quest to eliminate Spam Calls, users adopt various tips and tricks, along with conducting online searches. To provide relief from Spam Calls, Truecaller has introduced a new update called Max Protection, employing AI to automatically block such calls.
This feature is currently only available for Android users, and only paid subscribers will be able to utilize it. The subscription plan is priced at 75 rupees per month. Let’s delve into the details of this feature.
This AI feature is designed to automatically block incoming calls from unfamiliar numbers deemed non-essential, while also aiding in deterring potential spam calls. Currently, it’s only available for Android users. Apple’s policy restricts Caller ID apps from accessing spam call statuses.
Prior to activating Truecaller Max Protection, make sure you have the Truecaller App version v13.58 or newer installed. Furthermore, you must be subscribed to the Truecaller Premium plan.
Steps to Activate Truecaller Max Protection
Begin by opening the TrueCaller app.
Then, click on the three dots positioned at the top right corner.
From there, go to Settings and opt for the Block option.
Subsequently, toggle on Max to activate the new protection.
Following this, users with Truecaller Premium plans can make use of it.
